Everything you might want to know about pricing, the build process, SEO, and getting found in AI search — answered in plain English.
Below are the questions small business owners ask us most. Don't see yours? Send us a message — we respond within 24 hours.
Our website packages range from $800 to $4,000 depending on scope. Premium Lite runs $800–$1,200 (up to 3 pages), Premium runs $1,200–$2,500 (up to 8 pages, fully custom), and Enterprise runs $2,500–$4,000 (unlimited pages, e-commerce or CMS). Every project includes mobile-responsive design, SSL security, on-page SEO, and domain setup.
Premium Lite is for getting online fast with a clean, professional presence. Premium adds custom design, Google Business integration, full SEO setup, and more pages and revisions. Enterprise adds unlimited pages, e-commerce or CMS, a blog, and advanced SEO strategy. Each higher tier includes everything in the tier below it. See the full breakdown on our services page.
Yes. We offer three monthly retainers: Maintenance at $269/month (site updates, security, backups), Maintenance & SEO at $689/month (adds monitoring, ongoing SEO, and performance reporting), and AEO & GEO Optimization at $959/month (adds optimization for AI answer engines and generative search). All retainers are month-to-month — cancel anytime.
Yes. Domain setup is included in every project, and we cover the domain cost for 1 year with Premium Lite, 2 years with Premium, and 3 years with Enterprise. After that period, domain renewal is a small annual cost (typically $10–$20/year) that you control.
No. We quote a clear project price up front, and the only ongoing costs are optional — a monthly retainer if you want us to maintain the site, and domain renewal after your included coverage ends. We'll always explain any cost before it happens.
Premium Lite sites are typically delivered in 5–7 days, and Premium sites in 10–14 days. Enterprise timelines are discussed per project based on scope. The biggest factor is how quickly you can provide content (text, images, brand assets) — we keep things moving on our end.
Three steps. First, a free 30-minute consultation to understand your business and goals. Second, design and build — you'll see a live preview and give feedback before launch. Third, launch and grow — we handle the technical deployment, and ongoing support is available if you want it.
Premium Lite includes 1 round of revisions and Premium includes 3 rounds. Enterprise revisions are scoped to the project. Our goal is always to get it right, not to nickel-and-dime you on changes.
To start, we need a sense of your business and goals, any branding you have (logo, colors, photos), and the core content for your pages. If you don't have everything ready, that's fine — we'll guide you through what's needed and can help shape the messaging.
It depends on the build. For sites that need frequent updates, we can set up a CMS (included with Enterprise) so you can edit content yourself. If you'd rather not touch it, our maintenance retainers handle updates for you.
No. Every site is custom-built from scratch. Template builders are quick but they tend to be slower, harder to optimize for search, and limiting as you grow. Custom code means a faster, cleaner, more SEO-friendly site that's truly yours.
Always. Every site is fully mobile-responsive and tested across screen sizes. With most local searches happening on phones, mobile performance is built in from the first line of code, not bolted on at the end.
Yes. On-page SEO is included with every project: clean semantic markup, fast load times, proper meta tags, structured data, and a mobile-first build — the foundations Google rewards. For ongoing keyword work and content, our Maintenance & SEO retainer keeps the momentum going.
We build on fast, secure, modern hosting and handle the technical deployment for you. Hosting for a typical small business site is inexpensive, and we'll set everything up so you don't have to think about it.
Yes — e-commerce and CMS integration are part of our Enterprise tier. If you need to sell products, take bookings, or manage a catalog, we'll scope the right solution for your business.
AEO is the practice of optimizing your website so it's the source that answer engines — like Google's AI Overviews, voice assistants, and featured snippets — pull from when someone asks a question. Instead of just ranking a page, AEO aims to make your business the direct answer. Learn more in our guide: What Is Answer Engine Optimization?
GEO is optimizing your online presence so AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recommend or cite your business in their generated answers. As more people ask AI instead of searching, GEO helps ensure you're part of the conversation. Read more: Generative Engine Optimization Explained.
AI tools favor businesses with clear, well-structured, authoritative content and consistent information across the web. That means strong on-page content, schema markup, accurate listings, and answer-focused pages like a thorough FAQ. We cover the playbook here: How to Get Found in AI Search.
They're related but not the same. Traditional SEO focuses on ranking in the classic list of blue links. AEO and GEO focus on being the answer that AI and answer engines surface or cite. The good news: strong SEO fundamentals are the foundation for both, and we build with all three in mind.
If your customers are starting to ask AI tools and voice assistants for recommendations — and increasingly they are — then yes, it's worth getting ahead of. Early movers tend to win visibility before categories get crowded. Our AEO & GEO retainer is built for businesses that want that edge.
