Four examples to review before a build
This is a scripted walkthrough, not a live AI agent. We wrote the conversations to illustrate possible behavior using example business rules. These are prepared examples, not customer transcripts. No calls, messages, or bookings occur here.
Open an example below to read the full conversation. Your actual agent would need approved business information, supported connections, and testing before launch.
Routine service inquiry
A visitor asks whether a service is available.
Visitor: Do you remove old sofas in Mesa?
Example assistant: Yes, we remove sofas in Mesa. What size is the sofa, and where is it located?
Visitor: A three-seat sofa on the first floor.
Example assistant: Thanks. Our team needs to review the pickup details to confirm price and availability. Would you like to request a quote?
What to check: Approved service facts can help a visitor decide what to ask next. Staff still confirm the quote.
An answer the agent does not know
A visitor asks about information outside the approved scope.
Visitor: Can your crew remove a piano from a third-floor balcony?
Example assistant: I do not have an approved answer for that removal. A staff member needs to review access and equipment before confirming whether the business can help.
Visitor: Can you estimate the price?
Example assistant: I cannot give a reliable price for that job. Would you like a staff member to review the request?
What to check: The assistant should say what it does not know and send the question to the right person.
A customer asks for a person
A visitor wants staff help rather than continuing with the assistant.
Visitor: I would rather speak with someone.
Example assistant: Of course. The office is closed, so I cannot transfer you now. Would you like to request a callback?
Visitor: Will someone call me tonight?
Example assistant: I cannot promise a call tonight. A callback request would go to the office team to review when they return.
What to check: A request for a person should lead to a clear option. A callback request is not a completed conversation with staff.
A booking connection fails
The scheduling system cannot confirm an appointment.
Visitor: Can I book a visit for tomorrow morning?
Example assistant: The scheduling system is unavailable. I cannot check the calendar or confirm a booking.
Visitor: Please hold 9 a.m. for me.
Example assistant: I cannot hold that time. I can include your preferred time in a request for staff to review. Your appointment is not booked until the team confirms it.
What to check: A failed connection must not become a false booking confirmation. The customer needs to know what happens next.
What your own pilot should demonstrate
- Answers that match your approved services, hours, and coverage.
- A clear response when the agent does not know or cannot act.
- A working staff handoff, including when nobody is available.
- A delivered inquiry and a separate, verified booking confirmation where booking is included.
A prepared example cannot establish how a live model or phone connection will perform. We test your actual setup and request delivery before launch.
Build cost and monthly service
RDS quotes the build around your needs and the specific setup. A monthly service cost also applies. Your quote separates usage, integrations, support, and third-party charges.
